1. Click start and run inetcpl.cpl
2. Click on Advanced on the top
3. At the bottom of the visible list there's Enable Personalized Favorites Menu and right below that there's Enable 3rd party browser extensions.
4. Uncheck Enable 3rd party browser extensions
