1. Click start and run ncpa.cpl

2. Right click on the active connection and choose properties

3. Click on Internet Protocol TCP/IP in the list
4. Click Properties
5. Make sure that Obtain an IP Address Automatically is selected
6. Make sure that Obtain a DNS Server Automatically is selected
