1. Click start, run c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
2. Choose Notepad in the Open With list
3. In notepad click Edit/Select All
4. Press Delete to erase all the contents of the file
5. Type in 127.0.0.1 localhost
6. Save the file
