1. Access the Control Panel (navigate to network and internet connections for category view) and choose Network Connections.
2. Click File and choose New Connection
3. Click Next
4. Choose Connect to the internet
5. Choose Set up my connection manually
6. Choose connect using a broadband connection that requires an user name and password
7. Enter ISP name,and the User name and Password which were provided by the ISP
8. Add a shortcut to the desktop and finish
