If we need to send a fax the only thing we need to do is to simply print to the Fax
Inside you text editing program, Word for example click File/Print and where it asks you for Printer Name select Fax. This action will launch the Send a Fax Wizard
Next you will be asked to enter the information of the person you need to send the fax to.
If you need to put in a prefix you need to check Use dialing rules:
Next you can setup the first page of the Fax.
Next you can specify a specific schedule for sending the fax.
At last you are ready to dial.
