By selecting the Hide All Microsoft Services option at the bottom only the 3rd party services will be visible in the list. As you can observe in the image Norton(Symantec) Internet Security has plenty of items in the list. Disabling these items will cripple the antivirus protection and could cause serious system errors.

Avoid disabling any system drivers which have known manufacturers like: Intel, NVIDIA, ATI.

There are also malicious services in the list. If you click on the next button you will be able to see highlighted: the "Command Service" with manufacturer unknown, the System Startup Service, and the Web Search Toolbar Support from the known spyware. Uncheck this services if you have them as well as any other suspicious items and run a antispyware scan as soon as you finished the clean boot process.
