There is a known bug in Norton Internet Security which prevents access to secure websites and blocks file and printer sharing. If you have Norton installed here's what you need to verify:

Access the Norton Internet Security settings page. Highlight the Personal Firewall and choose Configure on the right hand side.


Click on Advanced on the top.


Click on General.


You will be surprised to discover that your trusted security program is blocking without your knowledge access to online banking, making you waste time and money on tech support:


Click on the Block access to Secure Sites option and click on Modify at the bottom. Change the setting to access secure websites to Permit.

   Click here if this resolved your issue.
