It's time to make sure that the Internet Explorer is setup to access secure websites.

First you need to make sure that you have the most updated version of Internet Explorer. Click on Help on the top and choose About Internet Explorer

Insure that the cypher strenght is 128 bit. If your Internet Explorer doesn't meet the requirements click here to download the latest stable version. This applies mostly to computers that are not running Windows XP.

Go to Tools/Internet Options. Under the General tab delete the cookies and the files to clear the pages stored on your computer.

One other important cache that needs to be cleaned is the SSL cache. You can do that by going to the Content Tab and clicking on Clear SSL State.

You also need to disable all 3rd party plugins that are loading with IE. You can do that by clicking on Advanced and unchecking Enable third party browser extensions .

Under the same Advanced tab scroll to the bottom of the list and make sure SSL and TLS are all checked.

Apply the settings. If you are still unable to browse to secure websites after all that we need now to make sure that the Windows components responsible for encryption are functioning correctly.

Click here if this resolved your issue.
