If you are still are unable to browse Secure Websites try using Firefox. Firefox is much more secure and faster than Internet Explorer and less buggy.

Still doesn't work

If even when using Firefox and with the security software disabled you are still not able to view Secure Websites the problem might not be related to your computer.

If you have a router bypass it and connect directly to your Cable/DSL Modem. If that resolved the problem you might need to do a firmware upgrade on the router. Contact your router manufacturer for more information about that.
